THIS IS WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Because of Kelli Care I have been able to go back to work while  caring for my elderly mom with complex neurological and physical  conditions. Kelli has done the following for me to find and hire a caregiver for my mom:
• Spent hours talking to me to get to know my Mom's and my needs for a home health aide

•  Recruited a lineup of qualified candidates that fit our needs in terms  of location, availability, budget, experience, and personality fit,
• Pre-screened and qualified each candidate for expertise and certifications
• Arranged times for my mom and I to meet and talk to each potential candidate
• Talked over each candidate with me in terms of how well we each thought they fit my Mom's needs and personality
• Handled all legal and tax paperwork for the chosen candidates as well as payroll
Then  she did it all over again for backup caregivers. Through it all, Kelli  answered every question I had with knowledge and tact. My mom went  through a tough time adjusting to her new caregiver situation and Kelli  was available to advise the new caregiver on possible solutions. Because  Kelli handled all this front-end work of finding a competent, caring,  suitable caregiver I was able to end my medical leave and return to  work. I am very grateful to Kelli, and I have recommended to other  family members that they reach out to Kelli when they are in Florida.  

 I have been using Kelli Care services for 4 weeks now, and I am very  pleased with the services that have been provided. Every care taker has  been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring! My mom recently  became bedridden and I could no longer care for her by myself. Kelli  Miller responds immediately to all concerns and resolves any issues that  may arise. I am very happy I chose Kelli Care Homemaker and Companion!  

 I absolutely love Kelli and the services she provides my parents! She  and her staff are very knowledgeable! Also they have been so  accommodating - just what I need during this time.
My dad fell in  love immediately with Vee (which is unusual). She's high energy and  caring- just what mom and dad need!! She keeps in touch with me and  checks on them throughout the week - even on her days off. I am so  grateful for everything!!

 Kelli is an absolute sweetheart who has only the best intentions for my  parents. I met her on the initial consultation visit and was not  disappointed. She presented the information in a professional, caring  manner and set up a meeting with the caregiver she chose based on what  our family was looking for. Leslie, the caregiver was experienced,  sweet, knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to her field. Leslie has been  caring for my parents for the past three weeks. My entire family is so  happy that she is helping care for our parents. She is truly a wonderful  and compassionate human being. My parents love her and feel comfortable  having her around on a daily basis. I can't be more happy with how everything has worked out. It is a blessing that Kelli Care came into our lives. I would highly recommend their services. You will not be  disappointed.  

 I am so glad we found Kelli Care! They took such great care of my Mom at a  really difficult time. Barbara and Debbie treated my Mom like their  own, with compassion and dignity. Their presence gave me such peace of  mind, and they genuinely made Mom's last days more comfortable. And  Kelli herself kept in touch to make sure she knew what was happening and  I knew what was happening. And sent a lovely gift when Mom passed. Just  wonderful, caring people!  

  My daughter talked me into going with an agency, and I am beyond  grateful that she did. I am also so happy that Kelli Care Homemaker and  Companion Services is the agency that I chose! The caregivers, Katelynn, and Leslie, who cared for my mom these past four months were amazing!!  They cared for her like she was their own mother! They spoke to her and  handled her with care, compassion, and concern. I could not have made it  through these past few months without these amazing women. They were  always prompt, performed their duties, and never had to be told what to  do. Katelynn was with my mom, holding her hand, as she took her last  breath.
Kelli Miller, owner of the agency was equally as caring, and  responded to every concern that I had. If Katelynn or Leslie could not  come to work on a particular day, Kelli sent a substitute, usually  Elizabeth, another wonderful caregiver! I am beyond touched by the care  we received from this agency and I am sure I will maintain a relationship with these women, always!
I am forever grateful to Kelli  Care Homemaker and Companionship Services, and highly recommend them if  you need someone to care for your loved one!

I'm happy to recommend Kelli Care to anyone looking for support of seniors.  Kelli has provided homemaker and companion services to my husband, who has dementia, and me for over a month.  The caregivers who have worked with us are ever so personable!  They fit into our daily life smoothly and provide much needed help with daily tasks.  Kelli is organized, competent and compassionate.  She coordinates the needs of the clients, and the caregivers in the ever-changing environment of everyone's lives.  Thanks for your service, Kelli.
