Kelli Care Tampa is an agency owned and operated by Kelli Miller, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of Nursing experience in multiple settings. Eighteen of those years she has had the absolute pleasure of serving hundreds of patients in skilled Home Health and Hospice Care. She has also delighted in caring for clients with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities as an RN Case Manager. Seniors are losing the option of staying independent in their homes or staying home safely if they can't access in-home support services. There are ripple effects where senior injuries will increase and they will require hospital stays and some may be forced into nursing homes or assisted living earlier than necessary. Caregivers are the cornerstone that keeps people in their homes which allows them to age in place. A proud member of the New Tampa Community for nearly 10 years, Kelli has identified a need within the community that inspired her to found Kelli Care Tampa. Kelli has a true nurse's heart filled with love and compassion and the desire to help those in need.
We provide quality companion care, veteran assistance, disability assistance, senior care, home care, elder care, post-partum care and companion care.

While caring for a loved one can be very rewarding, it also involves many stressors. And since caregiving is often a long-term challenge, the emotional impact can snowball over time. You may face years or even decades of caregiving responsibilities. It can be particularly disheartening if you feel that you’re in over your head or there’s no hope that your family member will get better or, despite your best efforts, their condition continues to decline. If the stress of caregiving is left unchecked, it can take a toll on your health, relationships, and state of mind—eventually leading to burnout, a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion. When you get to that point, both you and the person you’re caring for suffer. Kelli Care can help ease the burden.
When your spouse dies, your world changes. You may feel numb, shocked, anxious and fearful. Some widowed people lose interest in cooking and eating and are not used to eating alone. Kelli Care services can help you through the grieving process providing you the social and emotional support needed to get through the day while keeping you engaged in the community.

It’s not enough to just be alive. Good quality of life is especially important for older adults who are dealing with chronic health conditions and major life changes.
Feeling satisfied and fulfilled is just as important for overall well-being as getting regular check-ups from the doctor. In fact, having a positive view of life can help seniors have more energy, less stress, better appetite, and prevent cognitive decline. Kelli Care provides Companion Services to keep your loved one engaged in life.
Caring for a senior family member can be difficult. Do you have concerns with leaving Mom or Dad home alone for hours while you are at work? Are you concerned they may be lonely or unsafe? Let us help.
Homemaker Services consist of household chores that include light housekeeping, meal preparation and planning, shopping assistance, laundry and bed linen changes, medication reminders, transportation and accompaniment to medical and personal appointments and other routine household tasks.
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings.
Decades of research have shown that social isolation and loneliness can be as dangerous to your health as smoking or obesity. On the next edition of Aging Matters, we will explore how growing older can be an isolating experience and the difference between isolation and feeling isolated or lonely. We’ll also look at innovative ways to create communities that prevent isolation and social withdrawal.
